Our practice offers high quality comprehensive medical care to patients from 16 years and older, with emphasis on holistic preventive care in a calm discreet environment.

Our Team

Our multidisciplinary team provides most of the care a person needs in one place. Our services include primary care, wellness exams (men & women), nutrition counseling, behavioral health counseling, psychiatry, addiction treatment, breast cancer survivorship, high-risk breast cancer exams, specialty medical services for US Armed forces and services for cognitive & developmentally disabled individuals.

We have a culturally diverse Clinical Team that consists of Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurses, Counselors, Dietitians / Nutritionists, Audiogram Technicians, Phlebotomist and Medical Assistants to provide our patients with the best in wellness & holistic care. We are here to serve and help you to “Look Good and Feel Better.
