Lorenzo Roberts brings a strong foundation in clinical training, mental health expertise, and a commitment to serving underserved communities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida and completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, becoming a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He later obtained his Master of Business Administration from Capella University, which enhanced his ability to recognize opportunities and develop innovative solutions in complex healthcare settings.
He is currently expanding his clinical scope through post-graduate studies in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Coppin State University, allowing him to provide care not only in mental health but across the full spectrum of primary care.
His professional interests include community health, supporting severely low-income and homeless populations, and advocating for LGBTQIA+ individuals and other marginalized groups. He also has a growing focus on supporting fellow healthcare professionals, recognizing that those who care for others often overlook their own well-being. Lorenzo approaches his work with authenticity and compassion, encouraging colleagues to step out of the “superhero” role when needed and prioritize meaningful self-care. He is committed to contributing to a supportive, collaborative, and people-centered care environment.
